Our products are shipped using our own fleet, which usually takes 8-12 days for delivery. Once the package arrives in your city, we will use Flash, Kerry, or other courier services for final delivery I hope you understand
Change of Mind
You can return the product if you change of mind. To ensure the return request is approved: the product must be unwashed and unaltered from its original condition. This feature only applies to fashion products (clothing, shoes, bags and travel, watches, sunglasses and jewelry).
7 Days Free Returns
Direct return to merchant within 7 days. Buyers and sellers must communicate and come to an agreement about the return. When the seller accepts the return request, buyer should return the item for quality check before a refund can be processed.
Warranty not available
If your product does not come with any warranty, then you can still benefit from our return policy.
PAUTO will not be responsible for any bodily harm or property loss or damage caused during installation service (if any).
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
